Help - Warranty PolicyEvery item sold by us
is warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in workmanship and/or
material unless stated otherwise. Our procedure for this is
simple, and upon receipt of defective goods we will (at our option) either
repair or replace it. This does not include (but is not limited
to) removal/installation costs, downtime, other consequential damage or
freight. Defective goods are to be shipped to us prepaid, and will
be returned by us prepaid. If an item is proven to be defective, we
will reimburse any shipping costs incurred. Warranty consideration is only possible
if we process and provide the warranty.
Goods submitted for warranty must not
have been disassembled or tampered with in any way. When we receive
something back in pieces because "Joe's Garage" attempted to repair it,
our only option is to deny any warranty coverage.
Having said all this, your complete
satisfaction with our products is our ultimate goal. If you have a
problem please contact us to discuss it.
