Rail" fuel system. This system design allows for much higher
injection pressures in what seems to be a never ending battle in reducing
emissions. The Common Rail system is also the most expensive to repair,
and it is very important that it always has a supply of clean fuel. If you
own or service these systems, an add on 2 to 5 micron filter is possibly the

The Common Rail system consists of a
high pressure pump, a common high pressure rail and electronically controlled
injectors. Common Rail systems can have pressures of up to 2000 BAR!
We have been servicing these systems for several years. We have the
ability to both pop test and flow test common rail injectors, as well as
complete testing of the high pressure pumps. All of these Common Rail
products are also remanufactured in our Chatham, Ontario facility.
